Often coming with a function as I AGREE which most of us ignore to read the terms and conditions and click I AGREE anyway. But this is primarily most important document if you are the developer of the app or Web.
It has been held by the court that Click Wrap agreements are Legal and Enforceable. Click wrap agreements are generally Terms of Service regarding the use of the Web or app and what rights are available to both the parties.

They are same way just like click wrap agreements but the terms are not placed on the main page. Often a Hyperlink is placed in order to visit the the agreement. Also there is no Affirmation option of “I Agree”. Enforcing browse wrap agreements have been found difficult has there is no clear acceptance from the other party.

This is very much a constitutional document which governs the app or website. It is also known as END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTS. It contains conditions of usage, responsibility of the user, rights and duties and other functions of the website. Often Terms of service are placed separately instead of click wrap or browse wrap agreement. Terms of service should be very clear and precise as it becomes important document in case of dispute.

Privacy Policy is mandatory required under law. The reason because the app stores personal information about the user and it can be violation of right to privacy and data theft. The privacy policy prescribe how the data is going to be handled. Whether they share with 3rd party or not.

Often seen this disclaimer whether do you accept the cookies or not. Because cookies store information when click into your your browser. The information stored is used for Analytics, Advertising, Tracking User behaviour, Sharing it to 3rd party.
Often they say it is to enhance your experience because cookies are often shared with other 3 party websites. So you might see recommendations or advertisements next you visit the website.

Often apps and Websites come this with an option placed Legal. It describes legal information regarding websites.
It contains Copyright or trademark registration, Legal security certificates for Web, open source software registration, compliance with hosting terms, domain registration.
DISCLAIMER
Often you see disclaimer in films and various articles that the owner does not hold any responsibility for the contents. Disclaimer is given inorder to protect against the liability which might arise on the owner. Disclaimer clause is very important in determining compensation for damages However disclaimer cannot override community guidelines and regulations but it is a significant factor for damages
